Account Registration
Registration
1. Open https://demo.kbsebullion.my/login and click on Create an Account.
2. Fill in any required information (the red star) such as Full Name, ID no, Email and etc. Other information is mandatory to be fill.
3. Click Agree and Continue, verification mail will be sent to your email.
4. When verified, you can log in normally by filling in your email and password.
Home
1. Click Home to see all the products and GWA gold prices all at once.
2. Home will feature GWA gold prices that also include a GWA history chart.
3. Home will also show every product’s detail such as its grade, price and etc.
4. To see more details of a product, click on More Info.
Edit Profile
1. Click the My Account tab to view your account information
2. To edit your profile, click the Update Profile icon below.
3. Edit any profile that you want to change such as profile picture, phone number and etc.
4. Click Update Profile to finish your edit
Update Bank Detail
1. Click on Update Bank Detail Icon
2. Fill in your bank details for future purchases.
3. To finish updating, click on Update Bank Detail.
Viewing Products
1. To view the products, click on the Product tab. It will show all the products.
2. To view products that fit your suitability, use filters, search, or sort.
3. In Filters, choose any category that you only want to see
4. In Search, you can search for any type of product instantly without looking at all the products by scrolling down.
5. To sort products, use Sort.
Purchase Products
1. Products can be purchased by viewing at the Home tab or in the Product tab. In-Home, click on More Info on a product, or in Product, click on the eye icon.
2. The product’s information will be shown. Click Add to Cart to buy it.
3. You can either click on Continue Shopping to continue adding other products to your cart or click on View Shopping Cart to finalize your cart.
4. Click on Checkout to purchase the product.
5. Order Confirmation will appear and request for Shipping Detail and Billing Detail. Fill in all the details that are needed.
6. The product description during purchase will be shown below.
7. Choose payment method and shipping method, and then click on Proceed to Payment.
GWA (Gold Wadiah Account)
1. Click on the GWA tab.
2. It will show all the recent transactions such as purchases, buybacks, and withdrawals.
3. GWA will feature some shortcuts for users.
4. GWA also shows the latest gold price for you to purchase.
5. Click on Buy Now to purchase it. Insert any amount of money with the minimum of RM72.25, or weight for you to decide how much you want to buy.
6. Choose payment method and click on Continue with Purchase.
Viewing Orders
1. To view orders, click on the My Orders tab. It will show you the orders and buyback orders.
Empire
1. To view your empire, click on My Empire. The Empire list will be shown.
2. In the shortcut under My Empire, you can view Sales Incentives and Group Sales Bonus. To view all, click on Payouts.
