Manage Buyback

View Buyback

All the Buyback list will be display by

  1. Click on GWA
  2. Click Buyback. The list will display as below:

  3. To view buyback detail, just click on Buyback ID (highlighted in blue)

Add New Buyback

  1. Click Buyback

  3.  Fill up all the details needed. All the * is the compulsory to be fill up.

  4.  

    To Proceed, Click Create Buyback Request.

  5. The process of approval and fulfillment will follow the step which has been explain in the pages before.image-1654750890043.png

Approve Buyback

  1. The detail of Buyback will be display as below.  image-1654747912520.png

  2. To Approve the Buyback, Click

  3. The Confirmation pop up will appear, Click OK

  4. The pop up Gold Buyback marked as processing will be display. Click OK to end the process.image-1654749429376.png

  5. To fulfilled the process, Admin need to Upload Proof of Payment by clickimage-1654749609410.png

  6. Fill up all the detail and upload the Proof of Payment and Mark as Fulfilled to end the process.image-1654749648312.png

  7. The Transaction Status of the buyback will changes as Fulfilled. Admin can View the Proof of Payment and also Print the Receipt.image-1654749775717.png

  8. To Print the Receipt, Click Print
