Add New Product

1. To add new product, click icon +. The display for entering new products will be displayed as below.
2. Fill in product details and picture of product
3. All details are mandatory. Then click Submit.

• After the latest product addition is successfully submitted, the latest product display will be displayed as below:

Product Option :

* User can select more than 1.

• Active: active will display at Product section
• Featured:  Product will display at homepage
• backend: Stock not available to sell online, just for stock record purposes. (only admin will view the product)

Name: Name of the product

SKU: Stock Keeping Unit

Category: based on Product Categories

Grade: based on gold grade, either 999.9 or 916

Initial Stock: Stock pertama yang masuk,, hanya untuk pertama kali stok masuk.

Premium Fee : Upah untuk penghasilan produk emas :1g,

Sell Spread : Susut Nilai (Selisih harga) harga Jual ( Mark Up price base on

Buy Spread: Susut Nilai (Selisih harga) harga Beli (harga buyback daripada harga yang dah mark up)

Display Spread: Susut Nilai (Selisih harga) dipaparkan di website

• overwrite buy/sell price will deactivate previous price setting.

• Click on a Product Detail to view information about the product

Add New Image

• Click Add Image
• Select new Image, and click Submit.

Stock History

• To see the stock of the product
• Click on Stock Report, enter the date and press Generate Report

• The Stock Report will be generated in the form of a .pdf file

Withdrawal Stock History

• To see the Withdrawal Stock of the product
• Click on the Withdrawal Stock Report, enter the date and press Generate Report

• The Stock Report will be generated in the form of a .pdf file

Enable/Disable Product

• To enable product, click icon Enable Product

• Click OK to confirm. And click Close.

Disable Product

• To enable product, click icon Disable Product

• To enable product, click icon Enable Product

Update Stock

Update Stock Physical

• Select stock In/Out
• Fill in Date, Quantity and Description.
• Click Submit

Update Withdrawal Stock

Update Withdrawal Stock Physical

• Select stock In/Out
• Fill in Date, Quantity and Description.
• Click Submit
